Construction of a teaching unit for the numeral system learning in a education course

Este trabalho tem o propósito da construção de uma unidade didática para o ensino do sistema de numeração para uma turma do Curso de Pedagogia. O delineamento da proposta é sustentado pelo pressuposto de que uma unidade didática pode superar modos lineares e tradicionais de planejamento e avaliação, permitindo múltiplos caminhos de estruturação do trabalho docente. A ideia-forca que motivou a atividade era a de que os materiais concretos, quando sustentados por uma intencionalidade pedagógica, podem dinamizar o ensino e proporcionar um sentimento favorável para aprender Matemática. A partir de um mapa conceitual, nossa proposta organizou-se por semanas, valendo-se de recursos como a História da Matemática, as situações-problemas e os trabalhos em grupos. Para avaliar a unidade didática fizemos uso de diários de campos e de um avaliador externo. Tais ferramentas acompanharam o desenvolvimento da proposta e permitiram o desenvolvimento de regulações no planejamento, a fim de nos adequarmos aos movimentos das estudantes.
This works consists report regarding the construction of a teaching unit for learning numbering system in a classroom of the Pedagogy. The design of the proposal is supported by the assumption that a teaching unit can outperform linear and traditional ways of planning and evaluation, this way allowing multiple ways of structuring the teaching works. The force-idea that motivated the activity was that the concrete materials, when were supported by an educational intent, can boost education and provide a favorable feeling for learning Mathematics. Based a conceptual map, our propose was organized by weeks, taking advantage of features like the Mathematics History, the problems situations and group works. To evaluate the teaching unit were made use of journals and an external evaluator. This tools had followed the development of the proposal and allowed the development of the planning regulations in order to adjust to the movements of students.
