The development of possible indicators of operative invariants for high school students in the discipline of biology

O referencial te�rico do campo conceitual de Vergnaud � utilizado neste trabalho, que apresenta os primeiros resultados de uma pesquisa em educa��o em ci�ncias na �rea de biologia. Inicialmente, se investigou os conceitos da origem do universo e da vida elaborados pelos alunos do ensino m�dio, na disciplina de biologia. Atrav�s de situa��es-problema desenvolvidas ao longo deste estudo, procurou-se identificar as rela��es entre a estrutura conceitual e a estrutura cognitiva do aluno. Na an�lise destas rela��es, evidenciaram-se a constru��o de poss�veis indicadores de invariantes operat�rios de complexidade e caracter�sticas estruturais diferenciadas e que podem orientar futuras pesquisas para o aperfei�oamento destas situa��es.
The theoretical Vergnaud�s conceptual field is used in this work, which presents the first results of a survey of science education in biology. Initially we investigated the concepts of the origin of the universe and of life in secondary school students, at the discipline of biology. Through problem situations developed over the course of this study, we sought to identify the relationship between the conceptual structure and the cognitive structures of the student. In the analysis of these relations, evidenced in the construction of possible indicators of operative invariants of complexity and structural characteristics differentiated and that can guide future research for the improvement of these situations.
