Experiments in physical education as a method of improving the profile of students epistemological the seventh year of basic education

Mostramos neste trabalho uma pesquisa qualitativa dos perfis epistemológicos dos estudantes do sétimo ano do ensino fundamental, em relação as suas adoções da sensação térmica como método para classificar se um corpo está quente ou frio. Percebemos que os estudantes a partir de um senso comum, indicam diferentes temperaturas para objetos que se encontram em equilíbrio com a temperatura ambiente. Acreditamos que tais intuições estejam atreladas ao perfil epistemológico destes estudantes que nos parece alicerçados em um pensamento pré-científico, caracterizado por um animismo latente. Propomos a possibilidade através de uma sequência didática experimental o entrelaçamento do racionalismo e o empirismo para potencializar o perfil epistemológico dos estudantes distanciando-os da intuição com a sensação térmica, com a utilização de um instrumento objetivo de medir temperatura.
We show in this work a qualitative study of epistemological profiles of students of the seventh year of elementary school, for their adoption of thermal sensation as a method to classify a body is hot or cold. We realize that students from a common sense indicate different temperatures for objects that are in balance with the ambient temperature. We believe that such intuitions are associated with the epistemological profile of these students seems that grounded in a pre-scientific thinking, characterized by a latent animism. We propose the possibility through an experimental instructional sequence rationalism and empiricism of entanglement to enhance the epistemological profile of the students keeping them away from intuition with wind chill, with the use of an instrument intended to measure temperature.
